Asmodee Nordics* has a strong focus on running a business practice that maintains ethical, sustainable, and responsible standards. To start business with Asmodee Nordics, we require all suppliers to conform our Asmodee Supplier Code of Conduct, which is in accordance with the GAN supplier code. If a supplier is not able or willing to fill out and sign off on the Supplier Code, Asmodee Nordics will decline a business partnership with a potential supplier.
The Code of Conduct for suppliers refers to the adherence of a company's suppliers to the Global Anti-Corruption Network’s (GAN’s) principles and codes of conduct. These ensure that suppliers have implemented effective policies and practices to prevent corruption, bribery, and unethical business practices. Compliance entails supplier selection based on stringent criteria, including integrity checks, comprehensive due diligence, and verification of compliance with anti-corruption laws. Companies must also establish clear communication channels and regular monitoring mechanisms to ensure supplier compliance. GAN compliance helps companies mitigate legal risks, safeguard their reputation, and uphold ethical standards throughout their supply chain.
All potential suppliers will be asked to fill in, accept and return the document, before any further actions or partnerships can be started.
Asmodee Nordics also actively ensures that the document is provided to suppliers.
